Hi, I'm
CTO & Full Stack Developer
An IT professional for almost 10 years, on a path that started back in school and grew step by step through study, the WorldTecno project (which gives this site its name), and today leading the tech side of The Bubble Company, where I build B2B software solutions.

The areas I work in every day, between my role at The Bubble Company and my personal projects.
I study requirements and design the architecture before writing a single line of code: from framing the problem to the technical solution.
Backend and frontend with Laravel and TypeScript, from APIs to interfaces: complete web applications, not just mockups.
Cross-platform applications with Flutter and Dart, for mobile and desktop from a single codebase.
Managing IT and cloud infrastructure: servers, deployments, and production systems.
A focus on application and system security, from hardening to ethical hacking best practices.
Integrating AI solutions into projects, to automate processes and add new capabilities to software.
Supporting other developers and teams with technical consulting and training sessions, and attending industry events, talks and trade fairs whenever I can.
A selection of projects I've worked on over the years, spanning websites, management systems and custom platforms.
A white-label product catalog platform: a public Gallery built for tablets, used by sales reps to present products to clients during meetings, a back office for managing products, tags and images, and a JSON API that powers both — with a WordPress plugin already on the roadmap. I lead development of the project, from the Laravel backend to the React/Inertia TypeScript frontend.
The site you're reading right now: my personal portfolio, built from scratch with Astro and Tailwind CSS, with a light retro-gaming touch (pixel buttons, light/dark theme, a hidden easter egg). It includes a project collection with dedicated detail pages, a downloadable CV in Italian and English generated from the same site data, structured data for SEO, and a live GitHub stats widget. Fully bilingual (Italian/English), deployed on Cloudflare Workers — also a learning project, to experiment with the Astro ecosystem.
An app for Verbania's residents and visitors, with useful information, points of interest, news, events, weather and push notifications, plus a web CMS the municipality used to manage published content. I led every technical aspect of the project and built it end to end: the Android and iOS app in Flutter from a single codebase, the CMS in React, and the backend on Firebase — built with Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, Storage and Cloud Messaging. I defined the Security Rules to protect data and control access to the CMS, and handled publishing the app to the App Store and Google Play.
Custom management software and applications for logistics and transport companies: handling orders, clients and invoicing, warehouse inventory, dashboards and reporting, plus portals where suppliers and clients book yard unloading slots and vehicle pickups. I led the technical decisions and oversaw analysis, design and development of the web platforms built with the team, integrating with clients' existing backend APIs where needed. I built two Flutter apps entirely on my own: one for warehouse management, handling inventory and loading/unloading from storage cells, and a Windows desktop app for looking up product technical and safety datasheets. I focused in particular on performance — optimized queries over large datasets, efficient memory management, and list virtualization on the frontend — and wrote Python scripts to automate internal processes.
